Supply of a custom made system to measure semiconductor electrical properties.
for those who have a well defined set of metrology requirements but have been unable to find an "off the shelf" solution available in the market. Normally “design and system engineering” is required and it will be included in the purchase price of the system. However, it may be itemised separately or paid under a separate purchase order if that is preferable to the client. Clearly the lead time for delivery of a custom engineered system will be much longer than for the delivery of an "off the shelf" system.
